Beauty

Where shall you seek beauty, and how shall you find her unless she herself be your way and your guide?
And how shall you speak of her except she be the weaver of your speech?

The aggrieved and the injured say, "Beauty is kind and gentle.
Like a young mother half-shy of her own glory she walks among us."
And the passionate say, "Nay, beauty is a thing of might and dread.

The tired and the weary say, "Beauty is of soft whisperings. She speaks in our spirit.

All these things have you said of beauty,
Yet in truth you spoke not of her but of needs unsatisfied,

People of Orphalese, beauty is life when life unveils her holy face.

Life is a Dark road

Life is a Dark road,

We human are fool,

Life takes on a dark road,

We love to walk on that dark road,

Life teaches us many thing but we still don’t understand,

Dark road takes us on the way which is positive and negative,

There are two dark roads one is your heart and other one is your soul,

Now it depends on us which road we are going to walk,

Life makes us tough, rude, soft, emotional, selfish, practical,

We never know when this dark road takes us on path of rudeness and we hurt the people we love the most,

Always try to think by heart and if your soul gives u answer then u know where u are heading,

Life is love,

Dark road journey is the best journey we can have in life and we go through many things which show us the real world,

When walking on the dark road trust yourself.

Having a Big heart :)

To have a big heart means never to be disheartened. To have a big heart means to have good wishes constantly for others and to enable others to move forward through this. Even if someone with negative characteristics comes in front, there are no feelings of negativity as there is the power to accept and recognize their specialties. We are able to be beyond confusion and doubt when we have a big heart. We are never caught up with the problems but are very easily able to find a way out. We are able to very effectively and smoothly come out of any negative situation.

A Little Girls Dream

Dreams keep running through my mind 

Reflecting memories of long ago. 

Made in a land of fairy tales, 

A place my heart longs for so. 

Cut off from the rest of the world 

With streams, and meadows to roam, 

Viewed from a little girl's eyes, 

A place that would always be home 

A place where berries grew wild 

Where rabbits and squirrels were seen

Love is a special word,

Life is a Link

Love the life is one thing, I always feel. We meet different people in this world. I have also gone through many different people & sometimes it happens that their life flows with our life. I believe in miracles a lot & it has happened with me. The day I went for interview I was selected for ‘Barclays Bank’. My interview was very good. I met “Agni”. She was looking very cute. She had a smile on her face. The first question she had asked was why should I give you this job? I had told Agni that I have that potential & confidence to my work. She had told me to join from 25th August but I told her that I can join from 1st September because I was shifting to my new home but she didn’t got ready. 25th August was final date for me to join.

The first day of my office I still remember, I was sitting for one & half hour like an Idiot I didn’t had any work to do. Then Agni came & she said that Oh! You have come. Agni asked “Kiah”, do you want Ishika for Non-IT work and Kiah smiling said that yes I want her. This miracle was the best that had happened I was transferred to ‘HR Department’. I entered to “AA Consultancy” through “Sakshi”. Sakshi is the most important & respectful person in my life. Sakshi is cute, bubbly, workaholic, hyper & very possessive about her things & specially her mobile. I was supposed to get training from Kiah. Kiah is today’s modern girl but her thinking is very simple and her life is also simple. In lunch time I met everyone. I met “Shreya”, she is very traditional & her heart is like mirror & she can never hide anything; then I met was naughty “Ritika” she has superb mind & love to do masti; then I met very cute & mischievous “Aditi”. She is day dreamer& she is single & ready to mingle. Then I met “Nisha. She has her own life, she is moody tries to live life on her own terms; then I met “Shantipriya” she is workaholic, loves to be herself but she thinks that she does not look good. Then I met “Rajlaxmi” her smile is one in million, no one can beat her voice & if you want free advice then you can get from her. Then I met “Priyal” she shivers in front of Agni, she has good mind but she has fear of everything; then I met “Diana” she is too much talkative & flirt; then I met “Sapna” she is true believer in god & straightforward girl; then I met “Payal” she is a red girl & don’t know how she get so much time to apply makeup. Then I met “Sia” she is silent & knows what she wants in her life and has compromised her life; then I met “Pushpa”she is hyper, negative & always loves to keep a watch on everyone; then I met “Subhlaxmi” she has excellent mind & her convincing power is superb. Finally I met “Aman” he is hard worker, he is a apple of eye.
What should I tell about me…Okay I am “Ishika” I am moody reserved, mind reader, egoistic, ambitious, cute pie, I think this is enough for my Introduction. My first impression for Kiah was that she is really a babe but very helpful. The response I received on the first day was overwhelming. Then in some days I had learnt many things from Kiah & Sakshi.

One day I had brought my ‘Tarot Card’….I am Tarot Card Reader. Agni had told me to bring the cards. It was around two hours that I was in her cabin. There I meet “Aditya” he is Agni’s husband & her love. I had observed one thing in Agni that she is very possessive for her things & work. She knows she is the best. Aditya is a cool dude; he is very soft hearted & knows how to handle the team. Agni’s problem is her temper & impatient attitude. In a minute she can take you on sky & in the second she can drop you from the sky & make you feel that you are dumb & nothing. Why people work here because there is good support & understanding of colleagues.
One day it happened I was very frustrated because of Agni’s pressure on work to find candidates for her banking department. I was not getting anyone. Agni called us in her cabin that was me, Sakshi & Kiah. Agni said nothing is happening I want candidates anyhow; find them in any condition. I don’t know what happened to me I told agni that see im not getting anyone who can work in less salary.agni told me that find your friends their friends I was so pissed off I said that its better I live this job only if I don’t get people, then when we came out from agni’s cabin kiah told me that ishika u should not say like this agni is our boss.i felt that I was wrong had thrown some attitude also I mailed to kiah that thanx for telling me my fault. Next day I and Sakshi were in Agni’s cabin and Kiah‘s husband had come to meet Aditya. Sakshi saw him and she pinched me very hard and my reaction was what Happened? As we came out from Agni’s cabin Sakshi told me that u know we know Kiah’s husband he is “Sidd” he use stay in our area. I remembered him Sakshi told Kiah that hey we know Sidd, Kiah told that it is such a small world. Kiah’s birthday was great the time she entered in the office she said to everyone that hey wish me guys my birthday is there, she was looking very cute, she is chilled but very matured because the way she handles her married life is good yaar. For all of us one thing is common that is Agni’s temper and the way she call us. She will call our name loudly from her cabin. We are always ready for her temper and attitude…I have seen many people crying in office and number 1 crying person is Sakshi, then Payal, Diana and Shreya. Sakshi can’t sit on her place for more time she does roaming activity. Our everyone’s life is connected to each other in many ways we have some common problem, we daily be with each other for eight hours. Payal works good but she always gets over friendly with everyone. Diana is very good in gossiping and she has perfect figure. She always walks like model and her eyes expression is totally different.

Then there was ganpati festival and we keep ganpati for whole 10 days at our home. Shantipriya, rewa, Nisha and Aditi had planned to come on Saturday. Saturday came and that day I don’t know what had happened to Agni she said at 12:30 that we are going for movie. She took us for movie .we all enjoyed the movie and then this people came to our place. We had our lunch and then I started doing tarot reading for rewa. Rewa was so negative and I found that she is lonely in her life she has everything but then to she is searching for something .she is a  software engineer and have done MBA in HR like she has done everything but she is still working in consultancy. Then I read for Aditi. She never cries and always smiles whatever u tell her she doesn’t feel bad. But today I had made her cry I was telling her the things which she had hide somewhere in her  heart and never shared with anyone .she has talent and has very gud mind but does not have stability and concentration. Then I read for Nisha her life is normal and wants to achieve her goals in life at any cost. Then when time came for Shantipriya‘s reading she was very nervous and I thought it would be better to tell everyone to go out so she can be comfortable and can talk. Shantipriya‘s life is good but there are many responsibilities’ on her. She is very emotional. That day was great everyone had gone to home happy and relaxed.

Then I meet “Aashta” she is silent person and tries to mix with everyone she thinks that she is not the best she is working for web department. One thing was common that we both loved reading books.
  One day we all girls went to see “Golmal Returns” & that also in morning show at 7:30 am. It was a great fun. The time we had spent was life long memories. We missed two people that Kiah & Shreya. We had bonded like a family. On Dashera we didn’t had holiday we thought at 3.00 pm we will get half day atleast but nope! We all were very angry on agni…… then in evening at 6 pm agni gave us half day but we didn’t go coz IT people were still sitting we left the office at our normal time.agni gave us half day coz of aditya who had forced her. Agni & Aditya are two different people from different poles. Aditya thinks about money but he knows how to handle his team. Agni can’t handle the team. 

One day in morning Agni suddenly told Kiah that I am taking your two girls into IT. We both were not ready that’s me & Sakshi. Kiah was sad. Our first work in IT was not bad at all. I still remember how curious we were to learn in IT. There was drive for CG & my candidate Sachin had gone for interview, I was so happy. I & Sakshi were very happy because Agni had given us a challenging work. One thing is common in Rewa, Sakshi, Shantipriya & Aditi that is complex problem & they don’t look good.

 Then on diwali we had party we had enjoyed very much …..All the girls had wore Saree and we all were looking very sweet……we had played Antakshari….I had captured each memory in the cam……As the time was passing I was to much attached with two people that is with rewa and Aditi.

Ritika calls me darling and Kiah always fights with me because we like to irritate each other

In between payal and sapna had fought but luckily they had solved their problems and they had started talking……..Diana is good human being but she tries to compare herself to kiah…..you can never trust pushpa and rajlaxmi because they always speak at back….. Pushpa can be Agni’s “PA” she loves talking about everyone. Shantipriya is good team lead.. She has superb mind and for Agni she is her Babes. Nisha is truly hard worker.. Priyal does not know her qualities. Aman is very clear by heart & helps everyone. Aman has many responsibilities on his head. Shreya is very lucky to have such a good in-laws & loving husband. Aditi wants to be a famous photographer like “Atul Kasbekar”. Sakshi & I share a very special bond. Agni loves to dominate all of us and loves praising of her. Aashta is a big fan of Hrithik Roshan. She is afraid to show her talent. Sakshi can get mixed with everyone easily.

Agni was very angry from Diana. She thought that Diana doesn’t work and does time pass that why she had given Diana 15 days to prove herself but she finally left the job…..payal was given notice of 7 days and she also left the office…. Payal is good in work but she does not understand life………I always love to see everyone happy in the office….Ritika and I love Sidney Sheldon’s books,..in my free time I do one thing that is observing this people…..In few days Christmas was coming and we had planned to celebrate it…we had decorated the office our desk we had kept cards on everyone’s desk in Agni’s cabin also …..We had played fish pond…Agni had not come to office...we were very happy and we had enjoyed that time till evening…when we were going Agni called up and said that we are not going to get holiday for New Year our mood were spoiled in a bad way…then after sometime she told that we will get holiday…what is the problem of Agni she is never satisfied by the work …how much you work she always wants more.. Agni had gone on holidays as she was pregnant …. She had given birth to a sweet baby girl….
     After few months we all had separated from AA Consultancy we all were fulfilling our dreams and to some extent we had fulfilled it….let me tell you what happened?........ Sakshi had got married to a rich guy his name was Ronit and she had become a famous Numerologist she was totally into Media prediction….Shreya had given birth to a cute baby girl her name was Slokha she was enjoying her motherhood…kiah was working with MNC Company into Administration and she was planning to start her family, Shantipriya had got married and she had shifted to Bangalore and was working with “Coconut Software” as SR Developer, Rewa had finally got engaged and was working with “CG” as senior software engineer, Aditi had become a Famous photographer and she was not single anymore….Priyal’ s personality was totally changed she had became a tomboy and was working into Patni computers as an HR….Nisha had completed her MBA and was working with Wipro into Admin….Ritika had completed the studies and was working with LNT as HR Manager….Aashta had become totally free bird and was working with MSN as web designer and how could I forget the apple of the eye Aman he had successfully became A Doctor, Subhlaxmi had became a Reiki Master she was into spiritual work…..Rajlaxmi was working with Indiabulls as an Asst Manager…Sia was working from home as she was pregnant….Ishika that’s me had become a famous Writer and was working with Cineyug as a Script writer…………we all were in contacts…..
We had a Reunion party on the day when my first book “A Different Love Story” had been published … I was shocked to see Shantipriya and Sakshi slim and rewa had got healthy….we were so happy to see each other….that night we all were chatting like mad persons….I and Aditi were continuously talking about our love life …… Our Life has been Linked with each other so for all of us Life is a Link………………..

Life is like a boiling tea!!!

Life is like a boiling tea. The more you boil the Tea the water in it get less in the quantity same way the more you face the pain and hurdles your bad time get lesser. Love the life as it comes because you never know what will happen in the next minute. Life makes you feel strong and sometimes soft. I don’t know where life takes us but the feeling is always good. Control the temper and at the same time also save your dignity. Never appreciate any wrong thing in life but always appreciate the person who does good work. Life is like a boiling tea so always enjoy the sweet taste of life…
